HOW TO ORDER
INDIAN INSTRUMENTS

Ordering from TARANG Indian Instruments is very easy. You just may follow the ordering process of our online shop system or you just send an email and inform us which instrument you are interested in. We then send you details about the ordering process if you don't like to pay with credit card or if you have any specific question on the instrument you are interested in.

If you are interested in an instrument from our www.indian-instruments.com offer there is no shop system included. As we have a very vast range of different Indian instruments it might happen that we are not able to deliver the instrument you are interested in. If you sent your order online and paid right away together with the order, we would have to refund the money. That would cause you and us unnecessary problems and we do not want that to happen.

 

You have the following alternatives to pay for the instrument you want to order:

1. All tablas, drums accessories and other Indian drums and percussion instruments you can pay by credit card (Visa - Mastercard/Euroocard - American Express) on our website www.world-of-tabla.com, which has a complete shop system included.

2. Paying by credit card (Visa - Mastercard/Euroocard - American Express). If you would like to pay in this way you can send us the details of your credit card by email or if you do not like this you can send a word document (including the details) attached to the e-mail.


 

3. You wire transfer the amount of your order to our bank account. We will send you the details when you place an order by email. You just have to go to your bank and tell them that you would like to send Euro currency to Germany. They will do all the paperwork for you and charge your bank account automatically in your country's currency. Your order will then be shipped upon verification of your payment. This alternative would be the quickest and easiest way to pay.



4. Sending a check for your order to the address mentioned below
(Please note the instructions mentioned below) - Paying by check on an international level is really outdated these days. If possible try another mode of payment.

Wire transfer of the money is much easier and quicker than paying by check. If you prefer paying by check please read the following instructions very carefully.You can select "pay by check" on the order form, and send us a check for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that the check must be denominated in Euro, drawn on a German Bank and payable in Germany. Also important: all bank charges are on your account (OUR - fee regulation). Ask your bank how to handle this. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we do not order your items until your check has been received, and we do not ship the items to you until your payment is clear. Depending on how quick your bank and our bank communicate with each other, and in which country you are, clearing may take 1 to 6 weeks.
