Should it then not convince you, send it back to us undamaged and in the original packaging. The money that you have already paid will be transferred back to your account as soon as possible. Of course, you are responsible for any damages to the instrument caused by yourself. So, please, always keep the original packaging and the packaging material and if you send the instrument back to us, pack it very carefully.
